For GOOD 019: The Neighborhoods Issue, GOOD asked a handful of designers, artists, and illustrators to create flags celebrating their neighborhoods. This flag celebrates the Los Angeles neighborhood of Historic Filipinotown and pays homage to the flag of the Philippines, the Los Angeles Lakers, the iconic 101 freeway that borders the neighborhood to the north and the neighborhood’s very cool nickname, “Hi-Fi.” See the others here.
